I haven't wrap two more gifts yet and we need to head to Edmonton to celebrate Christmas with my cousin... so I'll just upload the cards and maybe do some blogging while I'm on the road.

HO HO HO! I can finally post all the cards I made.

I punched different patterned papers, add some buttons and bling and finished it off with the pine trees ribbon. I just recently discovered the joy of embossing specially on a vellum paper. So cool!

Little Star turns 5!

My beautiful Niece turns 5 today! She was two and a half the last time I saw her. My name should've been Cattleya Jane but my dad insisted I should be named Molly Jane and because my sister loves me so much she decided to name her own daughter Cattleya. The family calls her "star" not because she has the star attitude. You will see that she is the most shy, behaved and obedient kid on earth unlike her brother Cj.

Good night, off to gift wrapping and making Holiday cards. As if the 23 cards I made wasn't enough. Wow, I think tonight is the last night I'll make Christmas cards... red & green are my least favorite colors now! lol

Happy 9th Birthday Trisha

Elle est tellement adorable, n'est ce pas? Glad I went shopping yesterday and saw this stamp on sale. We're invited to a birthday party of one of our closest friends, I love the Moran family and so I thought of using this stamp for this special occasion. I remember Trisha when she was just a baby and we all used to live in the same apartment building in Montreal. She always had a smile on her face and so cuddly. Kids grow up so fast and oh my... I'm getting old. Boo! ;-/

Scrapbookers paradise haul

Hubby along with his friends went to the bar to watch the Marquez vs Pacquio fight, I know him so well and I was certain he'd go to the casino after the fight. He seldom play, maybe once every three months so I really don't mind. He came home late, woke me and gave me $200. He said, "you can buy some of your scrapbooking supplies" (but for me it's simply his way of saying "don't be mad but I went to casino but I won) lol. So yay, I can buy my growing scrapbooking supplies

So I bought different patterned paper, maybe 30 pieces and they're all gorgeous! Few rubber stamps collection, punch, embellishments, stickers and ribbons. I felt like a kid while opening the box and sorting the stuffs, and yes I spent all the money he gave me.lol. Scrapbookers paradise always have awesome deals.

Name Banner =)

Our new neighbor just gave birth to a beautiful baby girl named Amanda. So to welcome their bundle of joy I made them a banner. I don't have a fancy cricut or silhouette cutter yet but my Slice from making memories did what I wanted.

I also made an impromptu card to tuck into the gift bag I have for baby Mandy (her nickname). Can't wait for winter to be over so I can "borrow" her every now and then. teehee

BFF Birthday Card

I've been typing for maybe five minutes and I still keep hitting the backspace key. Sometimes I don't like blogging. It makes me paranoid of how people will think of me. I wish my first language is English so I could type non stop and not worry about what word to use or if I'm using the grammar incorrectly. ;-(

I'm not sure when I started being aloof, an anti-social lass but I believe we all have to be in that situation every once in a while. I was previously in a bad relationship and the group of friends I used to hang out were too busy with their lives. Bhe and Heart came at a moment in my life when I needed friends the most.

We started hanging out during lunch, slowly taking trips to the mall and before you knew it, we were inseparable. The first time I've ever been to a club was with them, learned to flirt a little, wore sexier clothes and dance a little sexier too. I had the best of times with them.

They are the reason also why I had the courage to end the bad relationship I was in at that time. Now looking forward...Bhe found her true love, heart is now a happy mom and I'm happy living with my hubby and our dog SamSam here, in Calgary.

I will always miss my two bff, Bhe and Heart.
